On my days off, I spend almost the entire day lying in bed. I do nothing, think about nothing, and forget all the complicated tasks and things I need to do. I find rest by escaping these thoughts. While lying in bed, rolling around and listening to music, I slip into a state of freedom, uninterrupted. During this time, I had many sleepless nights, and my body was exhausted, with fatigue building up. I had to work on assignments while unable to sleep, and I desperately longed to rest in bed. Because of this, my bed became an important place for me. Rest is my physical and mental healing. By escaping from daily life and clearing my mind and body, I gain calmness and energy. The bed is where I calm and organize my thoughts when they are tangled. It helps me wrap up my day and start a new one. It’s a place that recharges me like a battery when I’m worn out, and it’s a place I don’t want to leave.
